In never received the item, they only ship one package and not included the key programmer, I think they are just using a warehouse and not managing the sales themselves so you are better buying from Amazon and having a chance to discuss and get returns, a month has passed I still don’t have the key programmer nor my money.

I bought it to program a blank key for my 2008 vw passat and I'm emailed tech support before I bought it and they verified with the tablet I have and this programmer I could program the key. I have yet to be able to get it to work and tech support can't even bother to read an email thread to be helpful. If I can't figure out this issue I will be returning this item and leaving a bad review on Amazon.
